About the Project
Corinne Byggdin had a big vision for House Flip Forum, her real estate investment platform, but wasn’t sure how to bring it to life. She knew she needed a website but felt stuck on where to start.
After asking for recommendations in a Facebook entrepreneur group, Corinne did her homework—researching and interviewing multiple designers. What made her choose me? She loved that I genuinely wanted to understand her business, her goals, and the vibe she wanted to create. She felt like I actually got her, which is exactly what I aim for with every project.
Goals & Deliverables
The plan was to create a simple but impactful one-page website that clearly explained House Flip Forum and made it easy for visitors to understand what it’s all about.
What we delivered:

- Messaging that truly reflected Corinne’s expertise and personality
- An easy-to-navigate site that made sense for her audience
- Guidance on how to structure her content in a way that felt natural and engaging
Design Challenges
Corinne felt so overwhelmed about designing a website. She had a million ideas but didn’t know how to piece them together. She also wasn’t 100% sure how to talk about her business in a way that would connect with the right people.
Oh, and let’s be real—timing was a challenge too! Life got in the way for both of us at times, but we kept pushing forward because getting it right mattered more than getting it fast.
Design Solutions
From the start, I wanted to make this process as easy (and fun!) as possible for Corinne.
- Strategy Deep-Dive: We had a call where I asked a bunch of questions about her vision, audience, and what she wanted people to feel when they landed on her site.
- Content Clarity: We worked through how to present her info in a way that made sense and felt good to her.
- User-Friendly Layout: I made sure everything was super easy to navigate and looked great.
- Support & Next Steps: I gave her all the tools she needed to feel confident managing her site going forward.
The Outcome
The final website? A simple, polished, and totally her one-pager that makes it clear what House Flip Forum is all about.
More importantly, Corinne now feels clear on her business and how she wants to serve her audience. She’s proud to share her website, knowing it reflects her vision and personality.
